Amy and her partner Simon are the founders of Food Rocks and together they organise an incredible portfolio of events, from large scale festivals to intimate parties and a variety of pop-ups and markets. At the heart of these events is food. Glorious, exciting food that is produced with care, dedication, passion and skill. Amy is Mum to George (9) Chloe (7) and to Simon's children Sam (8) Emilia (6). In June they will be organising JOY Festival, at Groombridge Place, a 3 day festival promising a sensational line-up of music, gastronomy & creativity - with a couple of our #Wild_Child family dance parties thrown in for good measure.

Describe a typical working morning.
After the school run I have to clear up and make beds before I can start work. It's lovely working from home but the domestic stuff tends to scream at me from the other room... Simon is very good at ignoring it!!
Your perfect lunch spot would be...
The happiest moment in your day?
Picking up my kids from school.
The hardest moment in your day?
Juggling (and making a success of) work/ dinner/ bath time and bed time. Especially when all four are home. It's chaos!
#1 tip for juggling your work and family life?
Meticulous diary management.
Most overused word of the day?
Seriously? (Bad internet)
Once the kids are in bed I...
Clear up (again) then collapse on sofa in front of the TV with Simon. Also, I always make sure I read before I go to bed so I can switch my brain off!
Best piece of advice for fellow Mum's..
Don't worry about what people think. Do yoga. Wear comfortable shoes.
